Elements of an Outbound Call

  • Cohort — the group of patients targeted
  • Workflow — the conversational flow
  • Schedule — when calls are placed
  • Agent Settings — voice, model, instructions

Launch Process

  1. Create or select a cohort
  2. Choose workflow
  3. Pick phone number
  4. Set schedule (ASAP, time windows, quiet hours)
  5. Configure agent settings
  6. Launch campaign
