- Cohort — the group of patients targeted
- Workflow — the conversational flow
- Schedule — when calls are placed
- Agent Settings — voice, model, instructions
Launch Process
- Create or select a cohort
- Choose workflow
- Pick phone number
- Set schedule (ASAP, time windows, quiet hours)
- Configure agent settings
- Launch campaign
