Call flows define the conversation structure. workflow placeholder A call flow may include:
  • Greetings
  • Verification steps
  • Questions
  • Condition branches
  • Tools (write-back, API calls)
  • Voicemail fallback
  • Wrap-up and summaries

Authoring Flows

Call flows are created in the Workflow Builder (separate documentation).
Voice Agents will follow the flow exactly as specified, using prompts and tools to navigate branches and outcomes.
