Quickstart

This guide helps you launch your first Voice Agent call in minutes.

Step 1 — Create or Import Patients

Navigate to Patients → New Patient or use the Import option.
Patients can be assigned to one or multiple cohorts.

Step 2 — Build a Workflow

Workflows define the conversational steps your agent follows. Examples:
  • Medication onboarding
  • Refill reminder
  • Symptom check
  • Voicemail fallback

Step 3 — Create a Cohort

You can group patients for campaign targeting. Navigating to Outbound Agent → Cohorts shows a table similar to:\ cohort screenshot

Step 4 — Create a Campaign

Go to Outbound Agent → Create to open the campaign builder. From the screenshot:
  • Choose campaign name
  • Select cohort
  • Select workflow
  • Choose channel (Call)
  • Assign phone number
  • Set schedule (ASAP, time windows)

Step 5 — Configure the Agent

Adjust:
  • Model
  • Voice
  • Speed
  • Interruption thresholds
  • Turn-taking behavior
  • Prompting instructions

Step 6 — Launch & Monitor

View real-time progress under:
  • Campaign History
  • Call History
  • Call Summary
