Welcome to the January 2025 updates for the Althea Voice Agent platform. This month focuses on platform stability, new campaign scheduling features, and improved analytics visibility.

🚀 New Features

Event-Based Campaigns

You can now trigger campaigns automatically using API events:
  • Workflow completions
  • EMR updates
  • CRM triggers
Example use case: Automatically call patients who missed their follow-up appointment.

🎙️ Improved Agent Settings UI

Updated layout for:
  • Voice selection
  • Turn-taking timings
  • Interruption thresholds
The new UI is cleaner and easier to configure.

📊 Enhanced Call History Filters

You can now filter by:
  • Workflow
  • Campaign
  • Patient ID
  • Outcome
  • Status (Answer, No Answer, Voicemail, Failed)

🐞 Fixes

  • Resolved rare issue where test calls showed incorrect timestamps.
  • Fixed a problem with cohort search not updating after import.
