# Outbound Calls

Outbound calls are initiated through **Campaigns**.

## Elements of an Outbound Call

* **Cohort** — the group of patients targeted
* **Workflow** — the conversational flow
* **Schedule** — when calls are placed
* **Agent Settings** — voice, model, instructions

## Launch Process

1. Create or select a cohort
2. Choose workflow
3. Pick phone number
4. Set schedule (ASAP, time windows, quiet hours)
5. Configure agent settings
6. Launch campaign
