# Call History

The Call History page displays all inbound, outbound, test, and campaign calls.

## Columns

* Call ID
* Patient
* Created date/time
* Duration
* Direction (Outbound / Inbound)
* Type (Test / Campaign / Single)
* Status (Completed, No Answer, Voicemail, Failed)

## Call Summary Page

Clicking any call opens:

* Summary
* Patient info
* Transcript
* Feedback
