# Call flows

# Call Flows

Call flows define the conversation structure.

A call flow may include:

* Greetings
* Verification steps
* Questions
* Condition branches
* Tools (write-back, API calls)
* Voicemail fallback
* Wrap-up and summaries

## Authoring Flows

Call flows are created in the **Workflow Builder** (separate documentation).\
Voice Agents will follow the flow exactly as specified, using prompts and tools to navigate branches and outcomes.
