Agent Settings control how your AI voice behaves.

## Model Settings

Select:

* Model type
* Voice style
* Speed
* Interruption handling
* Turn-taking timing

## Voice Settings

Includes:

* Voice (Jessica, Male, Neutral, etc.)
* Speaking speed
* Interruption threshold
* Frame activation threshold

## Prompt Instructions

Custom behavior & conversation logic can be added here.

## Call Forwarding & Voicemail

Enable:

* Forward-to-staff
* Voicemail fallback
* Custom voicemail file upload
