# January 2025 Release Notes

Welcome to the January 2025 updates for the Althea Voice Agent platform. This month focuses on platform stability, new campaign scheduling features, and improved analytics visibility.

## 🚀 New Features

### **Event-Based Campaigns**

You can now trigger campaigns automatically using API events:

* Workflow completions
* EMR updates
* CRM triggers

Example use case: Automatically call patients who missed their follow-up appointment.

## 🎙️ Improved Agent Settings UI

Updated layout for:

* Voice selection
* Turn-taking timings
* Interruption thresholds

The new UI is cleaner and easier to configure.

## 📊 Enhanced Call History Filters

You can now filter by:

* Workflow
* Campaign
* Patient ID
* Outcome
* Status (Answer, No Answer, Voicemail, Failed)

## 🐞 Fixes

* Resolved rare issue where test calls showed incorrect timestamps.
* Fixed a problem with cohort search not updating after import.
